THE AGREEMENT
Terms of Use
Effective 13 July 2026
Agreement
By downloading or using Brutal Spanish, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's terms control.
Purchase
Brutal Spanish can be downloaded free of charge. The complete A1 level is offered through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase; it is not a subscription. The localized price, taxes, billing, refunds, and purchase availability are administered by Apple. Restore Purchases can restore an eligible purchase made with the same Apple Account.
License
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules. You do not acquire ownership of the app or its content.
Educational purpose
The lessons are provided for general language-learning and informational purposes. Results vary, and we do not guarantee fluency, accuracy in every context, or any particular educational outcome.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, circumvent protections in, or commercially exploit the app or its lesson and audio content except where applicable law expressly permits it. The app, branding, design, lessons, exercises, and audio are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Availability and updates
We may correct, improve, change, or discontinue features. Continued compatibility can depend on Apple hardware and operating-system updates. We do not promise that updates or support will be available indefinitely.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the developer, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Apple's Standard EULA contains additional provisions concerning Apple, maintenance, claims, and third-party beneficiaries.
